This system includes 2 control modules, 2 power adapters, 1 blue light body pad, 1 red light body pad, 1 blue light small pad, 1 red light small pad, 1 blues buster pad, 1 face mask pad, eye protectors, 1 Protex cleaning wipes (not sure of quality, but it shows you the proper cleaning wipes to purchase), and instruction manual.  The manufacturing company is no longer in business, however I do know of a place where you can purchase replacement pads and repair controllers if ever needed.
